While Kriblink implements robust security measures, users are ultimately responsible for their account's safety. Two-factor authentication is not available on the platform at this time, making it crucial for users to follow strong password protocols and report any suspicious activity immediately.
2. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

As an intermediary, Kriblink's liability is limited to facilitating connections between students and property owners. It does not take responsibility for property conditions or disputes between users. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, Kriblink's liability remains restricted.
2.2. Insurance and Property Damage
RProperty owners are advised to maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages. Students are held accountable for damages caused during their stay, with security deposits serving as a safeguard for property owners. All claims must be substantiated with appropriate documentation.
3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
3.1. General Process
Kriblink emphasizes direct resolution between parties in the event of disputes. However, it does not provide mediation support, underscoring its role as a platform rather than an arbitrator. Complaints must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation, and a resolution is typically reached within 30 days.
3.2. Refund Disputes
Refund disputes require clear evidence such as time-stamped photos or videos. In some cases, third-party verification may be necessary. While Kriblink's decisions on disputes are final, an appeals process is available to ensure fairness.

4.1. Exclusivity of Use
Kriblink's services are exclusively tailored to student tenants, aligning with its mission to simplify the accommodation search process for students.
4.2. Updates to Terms
Kriblink reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in its services or policies. Users will be notified of significant updates, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
