3. COMMISSION AND PAYMENTS
3.1. Commission Structure
Kriblink charges a commission on every successful booking, which is included in the displayed price. While commission rates are calculated based on factors such as property location and rental price, these rates are not communicated to users on the platform. This ensures that students only need to focus on the final displayed price without additional complexity. Property owners are charged a commission that is deducted from their payouts, and Kriblink retains the right to adjust commission rates internally to align with operational needs.
3.2. Payment Terms
Kriblink ensures a seamless payment process through secure payment gateways. Students are required to pay the full booking amount upfront, which includes all applicable fees. Property owners then receive the payment minus the commission charged by Kriblink. Payment schedules are determined on a per-semester basis, as indicated during the booking process. Kriblink reserves the right to modify commission rates in response to market dynamics, but these changes will not affect bookings already in progress.
4. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A booking is confirmed only after the full payment is made. While payments are non-refundable, Kriblink offers assistance in finding alternate accommodations within the student's budget if unforeseen issues arise. This flexibility ensures that students can have a reliable fallback option, though this reallocation process may take some time. Additionally, students have the option to book multiple rooms on behalf of friends, making it easier to secure accommodations for groups.
4.2. Accuracy of Information
The integrity of information on the Kriblink platform is paramount. All property images and videos are captured and verified by the Kriblink team, ensuring reliability. Property owners are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated property descriptions, photos, and availability. Similarly, students must provide truthful personal information during the booking process. Falsifying details can lead to account suspension, ensuring the platform remains trustworthy for all users.
5. POST-BOOKING RESPONSIBILITIES

Once a booking is completed, Kriblink's role shifts to an intermediary capacity. The platform does not handle property management tasks such as maintenance, electricity, or plumbing issues. These responsibilities fall entirely on the landlords or property managers, highlighting the platform's primary role as a connector between students and property owners.
5.2. Renewal Options
For students wishing to extend their stay, Kriblink facilitates direct communication between tenants and property owners. This direct engagement ensures that the renewal process for subsequent semesters is straightforward and efficient.

Property owners on Kriblink must adhere to high standards of service. 6.2. Student Responsibilities
